what would be a reason for a woman taking Saw Palmetto Extract?

I've heard of women taking it, but when I saw it in the store and picked it up, all it said was that it is meant for MEN ONLY and that no woman should take it. I know in men it helps treat benign enlargement of the prostate... but what about in women?

Besides being used as a herbal healing for the male prostate, saw palmetto extract is also used for treatment of the urinary tract and the immune system in both men and women.

Women have used the herb to stimulate breast enlargement and lactation as well as treating ovarian and uterine irritability.
