Fish Oil

Should i take Fish oil and Flaxseed oil together, i want to help improve my skin and overall health?

I have heard flaxseed is great if you have dry skin, which i suffer badly from and i've heard that fish oil is great for your skin and many other aspects of your health.

I bought fish oil and flaxseed oil capsules today but now im wondering about any side affects!!!

Any advice? =)
So its fine to take Flaxseed (2 capsules of 1000mg's) and Fish oil (2 capsules 1000mg's) together every day?

Buy the fish oil that already have Flaxseed oil in it. I use "Now Omega 3-6-9". There's other products. You can buy the dark flax seeds and sprinkle them in your food also. The flaxseed have those Omega 3 & 6; clears up the pores in your skin.
Definitely good to use the product. Also, get you a decent Vitamin E cocoa butter and multivitamin. It'll help out in the long run.
