i have tried yohimbe bark it didnt work made me feel dizzy
Hi Fred. Try 6-9 grams per day (2 to 3 grams, 3 times per day) of the amino acid L-Arginine. L-Arginine is converted into Nitric Oxide - a molecule that is critical for vascular health and for erections. Viagra and related ED drugs work by enhancing the body's response to Nitric Oxide.
Additionally, take 1000-1500 milligrams per day of vitamin C and 400-800 milligrams per day of folate (folic acid - a B-vitamin). These two vitamins are critical for maintaining the cofactor for the enzyme that converts L-Arginine to Nitric Oxide.
Do not expect 'immediate results'. Your body will need to build up 'reserves'.
Additionally, several medical studies have found that Acetyl-L-Carnitine is helpful for erectile dysfunction. You will need to take 2-4 grams per day.
