Optimum Nutrition or Dymatize?

what's better serious mass ON or Dymatize super mass gainer?

Both are good, really. They both have a good amount of protein and carbs ( pretty much the same amount) Both have amino acids and creatine. I personally like Optimum for it's Whey protein, but right here I have to say: They are pretty much equal (price, calories...etc)

I suggest you to try both on 2 differents cycle.
